Monoblock Rotary Filling + Capping Machine
Characteristics :
1. The machine consists of 12 filling heads and one capping heads
2. The machine employs rotary of filling.
3. Filling head is very easy of dismantle for washing and filling tank is easy washing.
4. Equipped with safety device. In case of bottle filling or in correct positioning, all motions stop automatically.
5. Caps are orientated by vibration machine, providing automatic cap unloading and pressing
6. Capping head features torque control to prevent cap from damaging due to over-tightening.
7. The suspending driving gear set makes maintenance simple and easy
8. Suitable for filling and capping operations for glass and plastic bottles.
9. It’s not suitable to fill product with carbonic acid like soda water.
